Shared Access: Credits can be shared among family members, friends, or even used for guests.

Exclusions: This punch card is strictly for Private (1-on-1) Instruction only. It cannot be applied toward Semi-Private lessons or group clinics.

Terms & Professional Standards

To ensure the best experience for our members and staff, the following policies are in place:

Booking: Lessons must be scheduled in advance through the tennis office or directly with your preferred assistant pro.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Failure to provide notice within the 24-hour window will result in one hour being deducted from the punch card.
